What we do

Music is our starting point.

We are developing music-led ways to bring people together, start conversations and create supportive experiences for young people.

Our programmes

Three programme directions.

These programme formats are being developed around participation, connection and youth mental wellness.

Community performances

Share music with the community

We hope to share live music at public events and community gatherings, creating approachable opportunities to talk about youth mental wellness.

Music jamming

Make music together

Planned group jamming sessions will give participants room to play, experiment and enjoy music alongside others in a relaxed setting.

Music wellness

Make space for reflection

We are developing guided activities that bring music together with reflection and self-compassion practices in a supportive environment.

Our approach

Participation comes first.

We aim to make every activity welcoming and accessible, whether someone joins to perform, explore an instrument, help organise a session or simply take part.

As programmes take shape, we will refine them through preparation, participant feedback and collaboration across our committees.

Programme moments

See what we are building together.

We will add event photographs and short visual recaps as activities are ready to share.

“Our vision is to cultivate youth mental wellness, the ability to embrace life in a positive light and the will to uplift society through service.”

Take part

There is more than one way to contribute.

Music, research, design, communications and session planning all help make our programmes possible.
